Refund policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods.

If, for any reason, you wish to return a purchase made in our online store, here you will find out how to do it:

1) First, remember that the item, depending on its nature, must not have been used — also keep the original packaging undamaged.
2) If you truly wish to return the purchase to us, the most convenient way is to follow the instructions in your Customer's account/profile, or alternatively send us an email to info@kameja.lv.
3) After the return of the purchase, we will transfer the amount spent back to your account within 14 calendar days.
