Purchase returns
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product.
If for any reason you wish to return a purchase made in the online store, here's how to do it:
- first, remember that the product, depending on its specifics, must not have been used – also keep the undamaged original packaging;
- if you really want to return the purchase to us, write to info@kameja.lv, and we will arrange when, how, and where you will return the product;
- after the purchase is returned, we will transfer the money you spent back to your account within 14 calendar days.
