Dylon "Viss vienā" auduma krāsas krāsošanai veļas mašīnā

Fabric dyes that brighten up your wardrobe.

Fabric dyes will give your clothes and other fabric items new, vibrant colors. DYLON offers a full spectrum of color options, so if you want a change, you can refresh your wardrobe, revive a favorite garment, or brighten up existing fabric colors.

High-quality, long-lasting, color-fast results. Ready to use in the washing machine – easier than ever! With DYLON All-in-1 fabric dyes, dyeing in the washing machine is now even simpler.

The resulting color shade depends on 3 factors:
1. FABRIC TYPE

Cotton, linen, and viscose fabrics dye to full vibrancy. Blended fabrics (containing synthetics, such as polyester) will dye a slightly lighter shade. Wool, silk, fully synthetic fibers (polyester, acrylic, nylon), as well as fabrics with special finishes or post-treatments (e.g., “dry clean only,” or “fireproof,” etc.) will not dye with this dye.

2. FABRIC QUANTITY

One dye packet can dye up to 600g of dry fabric (e.g., jeans, 4 T-shirts, or a bath towel) to full vibrancy. Larger quantities of fabric will dye to a lighter shade (1 packet can dye a maximum of 1.8 kg of fabric). To achieve full color vibrancy for a larger quantity of fabric, multiple dye packets must be used (2 packets for 1.2 kg of fabric).

3. ORIGINAL FABRIC COLOR

The resulting shade depends on the fabric's original color and its structure. Color mixing principles apply; for example, blue dye on red fabric will result in a purple shade. Blue dye on yellow fabric will result in green. One saturated color shade can be overdyed to another (or overdyed to a lighter shade) using DYLON PRE-DYE, which lightens the fabric before dyeing, opening up possibilities for a wider range of color shades. After dyeing, the fabric pattern may remain visible. Embroidery and seams (if made of synthetic material) may not dye during the dyeing process. The dye may not cover stains, faded areas, or bleached spots.

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the fabric/garment thoroughly, even if new, to remove stains or invisible chemical coatings.
  1. Place the damp, unfolded garment/fabric in the washing machine.
  2. Completely remove the plastic packaging from the pod. Tear off the lid located on top of the dye pod and place the dye pod vertically in the washing machine's detergent drawer (above the fabric).
  3. Run a full cotton cycle (do not use pre-wash, economy, or half-load cycles). For best results, dye at 40°C (the dye works at 30°C if required by the fabric material).
  4. Once the wash cycle is complete, remove the empty dye pod from the washing machine. Add washing powder (to the designated compartment) and run another 40°C cotton cycle.
  5. Remove the fabric/garment from the washing machine, add washing powder, and run an empty washing machine cycle to remove any remaining dye residue and clean it completely (40°C or 60°C).

This dye does not damage the washing machine and does not affect subsequent washes!

USEFUL TIPS

  • Weigh dry fabric to ensure you have enough dye.
  • Wear rubber gloves.
  • Dry fabric/garment away from direct heat or sunlight (do not dry on a radiator).
  • Do not add salt (it is already included in the packaging).
  • Always use the entire packet(s).
  • When using multiple packets, empty the dye powder into the washing machine's detergent drawer. Add damp, unfolded fabric and continue from point 3 of the instructions. Do not use more than 5 packets at one time.
  • To avoid uneven dyeing caused by fabric bunching, dye a load that does not exceed half of the washing machine's maximum capacity.
  • After dyeing, it is recommended to wash dyed garments separately or with other similarly colored garments for the first few washes to completely remove any dye residue.
  • If there is a small amount of dye left in the machine after dyeing, pour/add a small amount of bleach into the metal detergent drawer, add washing powder to the designated compartment, and run an empty machine cycle.
  • Do not dye in public laundromats.
